The production process for these profiles is relatively complex and is carried out using the hot rolling method. Z-profile sizes and dimensions are available in a wide range and are manufactured based on market and customer requirements. The maximum steel grade used for these profiles is up to ST52.   <\/p><p>Z profiles are produced using hot-rolled (black) sheet or cold-rolled (oiled) sheet. The sheet sizes can be 16, 18, 20, and 22, with thicknesses of \u200e22\u200e, 2.5 , and \u200e3 mm3 mm\u200e. In the market, Z profiles are commonly referred to as Z16, Z18, Z20, and Z22. The number after \u201cZ\u201d indicates the height of the Z profile.
